My journey started out under the name Mimi's All Over Crafts, making custom tumblers. But my granddaughter Scarlett declared that the business had to include Mimi because I was simply "the best mimi ever." With a deep lifelong fondness for antiques, I opened an antique booth and realized my true calling: uniting my passion for vintage treasures with genuine hands-on craft.
Upcycling old treasures into new life
I source my materials from local thrift shops, antique malls, and flea markets, looking for beauty others might overlook. Having sewn since I was 10 years old, I cut up pre-loved fabrics, vintage clothing, and found textiles to stitch them into charming, one-of-a-kind home accents. By keeping these goods out of landfills, we celebrate mindful living and creative reuse.
